Church prayer bulletin

May 2004

Please place the following weekly prayer requests in your church bulletins on the designated Sunday, and if possible pray about the need during that same service. We also encourage the entire church to follow the weekly pastor/church prayer schedule of the senior pastor.

Thank you for your prayer support!

Klassens commissioned at Waldheim

Pray for Justin and Jodi Klassen as they are being commissioned today as Associate Pastor Couple at Waldheim MB Church.

Stobbes candidating at Meadow Lake

Pray for Dan and Kathy Stobbe as they candidate today for the Lead Pastor position at Northwest Community Church in Meadow Lake. Pray that they and the congregation will know God’s will in this matter.

It’s Mother’s Day today! Praise the Lord for our mothers this Mother’s Day and every day!

’Tis the season!

The season for graduations and weddings is upon us. Pray that both Christians and not-yet-Christians graduating this spring are able to hear and have the courage to follow the Lord’s call on their lives. Pray also for strong and healthy marriages among our “newly weds”, and that couples that are already married will have new life in their relationships this spring.

Salvation summer

This is the first summer long-weekend. Summer and life both seem to slip by very quickly. Jeremiah 8:20 reminds us of this – “The harvest is finished, and the summer is gone, yet we are not saved!” May this summer long-weekend remind us to pray for the salvation of lost people before their life, like summer, is gone.

May 30

Celebrating 20 years of ministry for the Epps!

Praise the Lord for Pastors who have stayed in ministry for the “long haul”. Today the people at Blaine Lake Gospel Chapel are celebrating 20 years of ministry in Blaine Lake for their pastoral couple Gerry and Eleanor Epp!

If you have something that you’d like prayer support for from your fellow member churches of the Saskatchewan Conference, please forward it to the website coordinator.
