Church prayer bulletin
April 2005
Please place the following weekly prayer requests in your church bulletins on the designated Sunday, and if possible pray about the need during that same service. We also encourage the entire church to follow the weekly pastor/church prayer schedule of the senior pastor.

April 3
New pastors and new ministry
Praise the Lord for the provision of a Pastor at Carrot River MB Gospel Mission! Please pray for Dave and Marianne Grimes who are being commissioned today.
This weekend, Brian Siewert from Focus on the Family has been conducting joint services at Beechy and Lucky Lake. Pray that the concluding service today will begin an ongoing ministry in these two communities and churches.
Several pastors, along with Ralph Gliege, will be attending the Canadian Conference New Pastors’ Orientation being held this Thursday and Friday at Camp Crossroads in Ontario. Please pray for travel safety and for a profitable time of learning and connecting.
April 10
Three things . . .
Please pray for Living Hope Church in Saskatoon as their leadership team and elders meet on Saturday for a working retreat. Pray for much wisdom as this team does some planning for future direction setting and ministry for the church.
Pray for Pastor Keith Pankratz who is being ordained this afternoon at Pleasant Hill Mennonite Church. Pray also for the congregation as they begin the process of finding the right denomination with which to affiliate.
Please pray for the Saskatchewan MB Conference Executive as they meet on Friday and Saturday for a working retreat.
April 17
Bethany College graduation celebration
This afternoon, another school year concludes at Bethany College with their celebration of achievement. Pray that each one who graduates will be open to God’s leading in their lives, and that God will provide new students, finances, faculty and staff for the College.
Bethany Corale & Bethany Players tours start
From April 19 to May 1, the Bethany Chorale will be touring Alberta, and the Bethany Players will be touring Manitoba. Please pray for safety in travel and that the teams and speakers will richly bless the communities and churches they minister in.

Busy days!
These are busy days for camp directors as they prepare for the summer camping season. Please pray for Jim Nightingale from Redberry Bible Camp and Jerry Dennill from West Bank Bible Camp. Along with your prayers, words of encouragement, a helping hand, or a financial gift would certainly model Partnership with Purpose.
