Church prayer bulletin

Please place the following weekly prayer requests in your church bulletins on the designated Sunday, and if possible pray about the need during that same service. We also encourage the entire church to follow the weekly pastor/church prayer schedule of the senior pastor.

August 7
Woodrow celebrates!
Pray for Ralph and Grace Gliege as they are in Woodrow today speaking at a community centennial celebration church service. The Gliege’s lived in Woodrow for almost eight years. Ralph has been asked to speak on the theme of being rooted in Christ, in God’s Word and in Relationships.
“Mission Silverwood” impacts the community
Pray for Living Hope Church in Saskatoon as they conclude a four-week “Mission Silverwood” ministry to the children in the community this Wednesday and Thursday evening. Pray for a great impact upon the community and in the lives of the children.

Bible camps still going strong!
Our summer camps have had a full and exciting summer. Pray for strength for the staff as they move into the final lap of the summer camping season. Pray for Pastor Joe Almeida from Moose Jaw as he speaks at Redberry Bible Camp this week.
August 21
Here we go!
Summer is gradually giving way to fall. Pray for our churches and for Bethany College as final preparations are being made for “ministry kick offs” in the next few weeks.
August 28
Forest Grove – they’re more than conquerors!
Pray for Ralph Gliege as he preaches in Forest Grove Community Church this morning. The church has been following a message series from Romans 8 entitled “More than Conquerors”. Today’s message is from Romans 8:37–39. Pray that this congregation will truly be more than conquerors through Christ Jesus!
MLDT – they’re all about leadership development!
Pray for our Provincial Ministry Leadership Development Team as they continue to lead our churches and ministries in raising up more leaders. The team, consisting of Dwayne Barkman, Darren Holland, Larry Speiser, Phil Gunther, Rob Neufeld and Jeff Peters, will be meeting this Thursday.
