Please place the following weekly prayer requests in your church bulletins on the designated Sunday, and if possible pray about the need during that same service. We also encourage the entire church to follow the weekly pastor/church prayer schedule of the senior pastor.

Thanksgiving comes early to Arelee!
This morning Conference Minister Ralph and his wife Grace Gliege are at Arelee MB Church speaking at their Thanksgiving service. Pray for a good ministry of mutual encouragement.
SK MB pastoral retreat starts today!
Pray for a good time of refreshment, relaxation, rejuvenation and reconnection as a record number of pastoral couples gather starting today through to Wednesday at Dallas Valley Ranch Camp for the SK MB Conference Annual Pastoral Retreat. Also please pray for Hunter Barnes and Aaron Ruston as they minister in word and song.

Saturday is an exciting day as LaVerne Jantz, Associate Pastor at Watrous, and Lorna Stenson will be married. Please join us we pray for God’s rich blessing on their marriage and their continued ministry.

SK MB Executive Board meeting
Pray for the SK MB Conference Executive Board as they meet this Saturday and together seek the Lord’s clear direction and guidance to make wise decisions that will positively impact the Lord’s work within our Saskatchewan MB community.

Let’s celebrate missions!
Pray for the Mennonite Brethren Missions and Services International Celebration Services taking place tonight in Regina and tomorrow night in Saskatoon. Ask God to open our hearts to be encouraged with what He is doing around the world and then ask Him to stir our hearts to get involved as He would want us to.

Thank God for faithful pastors!
Pastor Terry and Wanda Froese are being recognized today for ten years of faithful service at Hope Fellowship Church in Saskatoon. Continue to pray that God would strengthen Terry’s voice so that he can carry on in ministry.

Conferences meet
On Tuesday several leaders from the Canadian MB Conference will be meeting in Saskatoon with our provincial MB conference leadership to discuss vision and plans for future ministry. Pray for a co-operative spirit, a clear vision and a strong desire to move ahead in advancing God’s Kingdom.
2006 convention of MCC SK
The MCC Saskatchewan Annual Meeting takes place on Friday and Saturday at Forest Grove Community Church in Saskatoon. Thank God for the huge impact that MCC makes in the lives of many people around the world. Pray that these meetings would be an encouraging time of reporting and a progressive time for decision making.
