Church prayer bulletin
April 2008
Please place the following weekly prayer requests in your church bulletins on the designated Sunday, and if possible pray about the need during that same service. We also encourage the entire church to follow the weekly pastor/church prayer schedule of the senior pastor.

Glieges @ GCC
Pray for the ministry at Gateway Community Church in Canora. Pray especially for Greg and Carolyn Bright as they serve the church as pastor couple and also serve as camp director at Ketchen Lake Bible Camp. Please also pray for Director of Church Ministries Ralph and his wife Grace Gliege as they minister in Canora today.
NCD @ WGC
The Natural Church Development (NCD) is a wonderful assessment tool to help churches understand their strengths and weaknesses. Recently the Wynyard Gospel Church completed an assessment and this Saturday Ralph Gliege will spend time with the congregation helping them to understand and interpret their results. Pray for much wisdom and understanding in this process, and for good spiritual progress for the future ministry of this congregation.

NCD @ PCC
This afternoon the Parkland Community Church at Yorkton is working through the Natural Church Development assessment. Pray for Ralph and Grace Gliege as they minister there this morning and then do some teaching in the afternoon on the NCD process prior to the congregation completing the assessment.
HST @ RBC
Please uphold the Harvest Saskatchewan Team on Monday and Tuesday as they experience an “intensive” Focusing Leaders Retreat at Redberry Bible Camp. The Focusing process is a significant part of the strategy of the Harvest Saskatchewan Team in helping leaders and churches to become more missional. Pray for Dave Jackson from the Canadian MB Conference as he facilitates this event.

DCM on MCC tour
Pray for Director of Church Ministries Ralph Gliege while in Israel/Palestine on an MCC Canada Church Leaders Tour. A group of 13 Anabaptist church leaders left from Toronto yesterday and arrived in Israel today for a learning tour involving conversations and connections with Israeli and Palestinian Christians as well as some sight-seeing. Pray for protection, and for spiritual renewal and wisdom in the conversations. The tour concludes on May 2.

Savage, Diamond @ Acts
Pray for the Canadian MB Conference Pastors’ Credentialing and Orientation taking place at ACTS Campus in Langley, BC from Wednesday to Friday. Pray for our pastors attending from Saskatchewan – Joel Diamond from Living Hope Church and Steve Savage from West Portal Church. Give thanks to the Lord for His provision of these pastors who are new to our denomination. Praise the Lord for the significant contribution each of them brings to our churches and to the denomination. We are blessed.
